i. payment and art process
a. payment will be provided through paypal or ko-fi
b. payment will be provided before the sketch is started
c. a full refund can be received until the sketch is finalised. after that no refunds will be provided. i retain the right to reuse the sketch in my subsequent work
d. after the sketch is finalised, only simple adjustments can be made. if i forgot a design element you can let me know at any point, but if it wasn't included in the references you provided i am not obligated to make changes
ii. my artwork
a. by owning one of my pieces or designs you automatically agree to my terms of service
b. i reserve the right to use the finished pieces as art examples or in promotional content
c. tracing, copying, stealing, editing my original work or using my work to train AI/machine learning models is not permitted
d. reposting my artworks is not permitted unless it was made for you
e. removing my signatures or watermarks is not permitted unless it was not present originally
iii. commercial use
a. commercial use of my work is not permitted unless discussed prior to purchase
b. the commercial rights to my work will be priced case-by-case. please contact me directly if you're interested
failure to comply with my terms of service will bear consequences regardless if you read them or not
